Tiddly Inks Challenge #83 Birthday Bash

My dear sweet friend Rachel hosted a play date with me yesterday ( yes the kids came too!) and we decided to do the Tiddly Inks Birthday Bash Challenge.  I just love Tiddly Inks.  Christy Croll  (the owner and creator of everything Tiddly (I borrowed that line.) is having her birthday bash and celebration coming in April.  Be sure to check out the Tiddly Inks web site and challenge blog. I will practice how to add the link here in a bit.  If that won't work I will have to contact my IT department (hey Rachel, I may be calling you later.)  Have a great rest of the week and I'm going to enjoy the last few days of Spring Break.

Everyone Loves Wryn

So far I am not making my New Year's Resolution to post something once a week but here are 2 Wryn digi's from TiddlyInks. She is adorable. I have almost the entire set and I need to get coloring. I used these cards for birthdays this past month.  Now I need to get cracking on my April cards.  Till later...Happy Spring and Crafting.

Silver Valentine

It feels like forever since I have made a card.  I volunteered to be on my children's PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) this year.  Somehow I am the vice president.  At least we have a wonderful core group of ladies that have been helping, but it still takes a lot of time away from my crafting.  We are starting to organize our 1st carnival for the school in a long time so I hope I will be able to sneak a card in here and there.  I applaud all of the past and present PTO/PTA parents.  Hats off to you and all you do for your kids school.

Now with that being said here is my 1st Valentine card of the season.  I'm sure you all will recognize
"Silver Valentine" from Tiddly Inks digitals.  He is so cute.  Wryn is on my list of what to next so hopefully soon I will post a card with her.  She is so cute too.  Until later.  Happy Crafting.

Miss Anya Garland Gate Fold Card

This is my latest card featuring the Miss Anya Garland collection from The Greeting Farm. I colored her with copics that I cased off of Wendy Ramlakhan's blog.  I would be happy to direct you to her site but I have no idea yet how to do that.  This is a birthday card for my friend Rachel who also has a wonderful blog that I will direct link you to soon. Hopefully by this weekend I can figure out how to do that.

I got the paper at Michael's, ribbon at Hobby Lobby and the punch at Archiver's.

Happy New Year!

It's been awhile since I posted last.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthdays all seemed to fall together and I did not get much crafting done.  Here are some of my cards that I did last year.  Most of them are from Kraftin Kimmie along with some Greeting Farm.  You might notice a cake in the mix too.  My son's birthday is 3 days after Christmas and this year he wanted a Pirate themed cake.  Since I only had 2 days notice on what he wanted this is the skull and cross bones cake he got. And yes I actually made it.  It's not a cake pan.  It was delicious if I do say so myself.  Thanks for looking at my blog.  One of my resolutions this year is to blog more...maybe once a week?.  Fingers crossed....

Kraftin Kimmie Stamp Challenge #102 Monochromatic Card

This is Sophia from Kraftin Kimmie's Moonlight Whispers line.  I am going to try her in my 1st Kimmie Challange.  She's sassy and a little sweet.  I actually stamped, colored and did my layout all in about 3 hours.  That is a first for me.

Christmas Cards

Yesterday I woke up to a lovely white wonderland outside.  6 inches of snow was blanketed on the ground and looked a lot like Christmas.  Needless to say after the kids went to school I started to get crafty.  I have actually had Daisy colored for awhile now but did not know how I wanted to do the layout.  A few hours and a big mess later, this is how she turned out.  I worked on Oliver today.  Same thing, he was colored just not on a card.  I wish I could decide layouts so much faster.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.  I even had the Christmas tunes on for inspiration.
